AsharaQ is not a bank and does not independently process or hold the underlying bank payment. The application helps users review and verify transaction information made available by banks or payment providers.
Wallet and transaction information
We may process information relating to:
- AsharaQ wallet balance
- Credits and promotional grants
- Wallet top-ups
- Credit usage
- Transfers between eligible AsharaQ users
- Appreciation amounts and settlements
- Wallet transaction history
AsharaQ wallet credits are application service credits unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not bank deposits.

- Personal activity remains separate from business activity, except where disclosure is required to complete a user-requested business operation.
Banks and payment providers
When you submit a QR code or transaction-verification link, AsharaQ may communicate with the relevant bank or payment provider to retrieve publicly or legitimately accessible transaction-verification information. AsharaQ is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or content of external bank or payment-provider services.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for:
- Cloud hosting
- Database storage

- Email or SMS delivery

Users may request deletion of their AsharaQ account and associated personal information through:

A deletion request must be submitted from the phone number or email address associated with the account.
Some information may be retained after account deletion when required for:
- Fraud prevention
- Transaction integrity

Where retention is required, access to the information will be limited to the applicable purpose.

AsharaQ is intended for adults and authorized business users. AsharaQ is not directed to children under the minimum legal age required to consent to digital services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization. If we learn that a child’s information was collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict it.
